Aga Academy LLC provides professional services that require scheduling, planning, preparation, and reserved delivery capacity. For that reason, all purchases are subject to the policy below.
All purchases are final once payment is completed and Aga Academy has reserved capacity for the service.
Aga Academy does not offer refunds for:
For services such as the Business School AI Semester Readiness Briefing, the stated timeline begins after Aga Academy has received the core materials reasonably necessary to begin the work.
If client materials are delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, the delivery timeline will shift accordingly. The client is responsible for providing requested materials in a timely manner.
If a client chooses not to proceed after purchase, no refund will be issued.
Because payment reserves project time, preparation time, and delivery capacity, the purchased service is considered committed once payment is received.
If a client requests rescheduling or delays the project, Aga Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, subject to availability.
However:
If a purchase includes digital materials, templates, documents, implementation kits, or access to downloadable resources, those items are non-refundable once delivered or once access has been provided.
If Aga Academy is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances within its control and cannot reasonably reschedule, Aga Academy will offer either a rescheduled service window or a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Aga Academy provides professional advisory services, analysis, templates, and implementation materials. Aga Academy does not guarantee a particular institutional decision, policy adoption, implementation outcome, business result, or other specific result from use of the services or materials.
