Aga Academy LLC provides professional services that require scheduling, planning, and reserved capacity. For that reason, all purchases are subject to the policy below.
1. All sales are final
All sales are final once payment is made and a service slot is reserved.
Aga Academy does not offer refunds for:
change of mind
delay in client response
failure to provide materials
failure to participate in scheduled calls
internal client approvals or delays after purchase
partial use or non-use of the purchased service
2. Timing depends on receipt of materials
For services such as the Business School AI Semester Readiness Briefing, the stated timeline begins after Aga Academy has received the core materials reasonably necessary to begin the work.
If client materials are delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, the delivery timeline will shift accordingly.
3. Cancellations by the client
If a client chooses not to proceed after purchase, no refund will be issued.
Because payment reserves project time and capacity, the purchased service is considered committed once payment is received.
4. Rescheduling and delays
If a client requests rescheduling or delays the project, Aga Academy will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, subject to availability.
However:
a delayed project may need to move to a later delivery window
Aga Academy is not responsible for missed preferred dates caused by delayed client materials or decisions
no refund will be issued due to client-caused delay
5. Cancellations by Aga Academy
If Aga Academy is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances within its control and cannot reasonably reschedule, Aga Academy may, at its discretion, provide:
a rescheduled service date, or
a full or partial refund
